随着国家新课程标准的颁布及新课改的实施,如何使小学音乐的教学更高效是达到新课改教育目标的热门课题。作为一名当代的音乐教育者,本人在工作实践中也在不断地探索与研究,为了达到有效教学的目标,笔者总结了些许体会。有效教学主要是指通过教师在一段时间的教学后,学生所获得的具体进步或发展。教学有没有效益,并不是指教师有没有教完内容或教得认不认真,而是指学生有没有学到什么或学生学得好不好。学生有无进步或发展是教学
With the promulgation of the national new curriculum standard and the implementation of the new curriculum reform, how to make the teaching of primary music more efficient is a hot topic to reach the goal of the new curriculum reform. As a contemporary music educator, I am also constantly exploring and researching in my work practice. In order to achieve the goal of effective teaching, I summarize a little experience. Effective teaching mainly refers to the concrete progress or development obtained by the students after a period of teaching by the teachers. Teaching is effective, does not mean that teachers have not taught the content or teach not recognize seriously, but that students have not learned or students learn well or not.
