那天晨练时,我碰上了邻村的英子。她的丈夫去年遭遇车祸,不幸去世了。我跟英子是朋友,刚得知此事时,我本打算去看望她,可又想这种事是耳不听、心不烦的,我不想再给她本就痛苦的心增添烦恼,就未去探望。
When morning exercise, I ran into the English son of the neighboring village. Her husband died in a car accident last year and unfortunately died. I was a friend with Yoshiko and just got to know this and I was going to visit her. I thought this kind of thing would not be easy to hear or feel annoyed. I did not want to add more trouble to her painful heart. Did not go visit.
