“小组合作学习”是指学生在小组中为了完成共同的任务,有明确责任分工的互助性学习。在小组中,学生的性别、学习成绩、能力等方面均存在着不同程度的差异。当前小学课堂实践中的“小组合作学习”往往只注意到形式,有沸沸扬扬之场面,却无扎扎实实之功效,这是因为,忽略了合作学习的本质——提高学习效率,培养良好的合作品质和学习习惯。所以,在课堂组织“小组合作学习”中,我们应注意处理好以下几个关系:
