中国鲎肉供食用,特别是用鲎血提取鲎试剂获得成功后,它的利用价值已引起人们的重视。关于鲎的生物学研究,前人已有报道,但对中国鲎人工育苗试验研究,在我国尚未见有报道,作者于1981—1982年在室内水池中,对亲鲎的产卵、受精、孵化、幼体培育和饵料等进行了研究,并于1981年孵出幼鲎28265个,培育115天,成活率达95%以上,初步获得育苗成功。这一研究成果,为人工增殖药用动物,提供了苗种。
Chinese pterygium for food, especially after the successful use of blood extraction 鲎 reagent, its value has attracted the attention of people. There are some reports about the biological research of 鲎, but there are no reports on the artificial breeding of 鲎 in China. In 1981-1982, the author studied the spawning, fertilization and hatching of 亲 鲎, Juvenile culture and feed were studied. In 1981, there were 28,265 young chicks hatched for 115 days with a survival rate of 95% or more. The nursery success was initially obtained. This research results provide artificial species for artificial proliferation of medicinal animals.
