2009-2010年,进行了青蚶繁殖习性的观察和人工育苗的初步研究,揭示了青蚶繁殖和胚胎发育的过程。本实验筛选了受精卵孵化、幼虫生长和稚贝附着的适宜环境条件。浙南沿海青蚶的自然繁殖盛期是每年的6-7月,水温为24~28℃。受精卵发育的适宜温度为24~28℃,盐度为22~26,在适宜条件下经过18 h左右发育至D形幼虫。幼虫生长发育的最适宜温度为24~28℃,最适宜盐度为26;幼虫的前期培育饵料以球等鞭金藻为宜;经10~12 d培育幼虫进入变态附着期。质地坚硬表面粗糙的水泥砖较适合稚贝的附着和生长。
From 2009 to 2010, the observation of breeding habits of barley and the preliminary study of artificial seedling were carried out to reveal the process of reproduction and embryo development of barley. The experiment screened fertilized egg hatching, larval growth and juvenile attachment of the appropriate environmental conditions. The natural breeding of southern barley along the coast of southern Zhejiang Province is from June to July every year, with a water temperature of 24-28 ℃. The suitable temperature for the development of fertilized eggs is 24-28 ℃ and the salinity is 22-26, and the D-shaped larvae develop after about 18 hours under appropriate conditions. The optimum temperature for growth and development of larvae was 24-28 ℃, and the most suitable salinity was 26. The larvae pre-culture bait to Isochrysis galbana was suitable, and the larvae were cultured for 10-12 days to enter the metamorphosis stage. Rough-textured cement bricks are more suitable for juvenile attachment and growth.
