现代信息技术的迅猛发展给大学图书馆带来了巨大的压力。在上海财经大学图书馆的“图书馆再造”探索与实践过程中,笔者结合自己多年来在珍藏阅览室从事学科馆员参考咨询服务的经历,认为学科馆员应该具备“敬业”和“精业”两项基本素养。敬业素养是学科馆员产生精业素养的基础和源泉,精业素养是落实和成就学科馆员敬业素养的途径和保障。
The rapid development of modern information technology has brought tremendous pressure on university libraries. In the process of exploration and practice of library rebuilding in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, the author, combined with his experience of engaging in reference service of subject librarians in the collection reading room over the years, holds that subject librarians should have “dedication” And “Sophisticated ” two basic literacy. Professional accomplishment is the basis and source of subject librarians’ professional accomplishment, which is the way and guarantee to fulfill and accomplish the discipline accomplishment of subject librarians.
