目的:探讨低摩擦力矫治器(Delta Force矫治器)矫治错畸形特点。方法:选择25名患者(其中安氏I类9名、安氏Ⅱ类11名、安氏Ⅲ类5名),使用Delta Force矫治器进行正畸治疗。矫治中选择不同类型的结扎方式以减小矫治器系统的摩擦阻力。结果:患者矫治结束后均获得正常覆覆盖和后牙尖窝咬关系,疗程平均26.2个月。托槽脱落率为6.9%。结论:临床应用Delta Force矫治器可根据牙齿移动和控制的需要选择不同的结扎方式,既有利于牙齿的移动,又可对牙齿移动进行有效控制。
Objective: To investigate the correction of malocclusion with low-friction appliance (Delta Force appliance). METHODS: Twenty-five patients (9 Class I, 11 Class II, and 5 Class III) were selected for orthodontic treatment using the Delta Force appliance. Different types of ligation are chosen to reduce the frictional resistance of the appliance system. Results: The patients received normal coverage and posterior teeth spine bite after treatment, the average duration of treatment was 26.2 months. Bracket shedding rate of 6.9%. Conclusion: The clinical application of Delta Force appliance can select different ligation methods according to the needs of tooth movement and control, which is not only beneficial to tooth movement but also effective control of tooth movement.
