城市高压燃气管网已逐步成为解决各级城市燃气市场供需矛盾的主要手段,它可以由1个长输管道气源站或1个LNG气源站供气,也可以由多个气源同时供气。对于多气源管网,可首先通过管径优选确定最优管网设计方案,其次考虑单气源或多气源的调峰运行方案。某城市规划建设运行压力低于6.4MPa的高压城市燃气管网,具有1个长输管道气源站和1个LNG气源站,3座调峰电厂和3座城市用户用气门站,利用SPS仿真模拟软件,分析了管网在规定运行压力下的合理管径,以及气源站和其中某电厂用户的压力和流量要求。
Urban high-pressure gas pipe network has gradually become the main means to solve the contradiction between supply and demand of city gas market at all levels. It can be supplied by one long-distance pipeline gas station or one LNG gas station, or by multiple gas sources gas. For multi-gas pipe network, the optimal pipe network design can be determined by pipe diameter optimization first, and then the peak-shifting operation scheme of single gas source or multi-gas source can be considered. A city planning and construction of high pressure urban gas pipeline with operating pressure less than 6.4MPa, with one long-distance pipeline gas source station and one LNG gas source station, three peaking power plants and three urban user valve stations, the use of SPS Simulation software was used to analyze the reasonable pipe diameter of the pipe network under the specified operating pressure and the pressure and flow requirements of the gas station and one of the power plant users.
