公共部门人力资源绩效考核是提高公共组织管理效率的重要手段,也是部门成员改善工作,以及谋求发展的重要途径,当前我国公共部门人力资源绩效考核实践存在的问题。威廉·大内在《Z理论》向我们展示了日本企业在管理中的先进之处,在绩效考核方面值得我国公共部门学习。
The performance evaluation of public sector human resources is an important means to improve the management efficiency of public organizations. It is also an important way for department members to improve their work and seek development. At present, there are some problems in the performance assessment of human resources in the public sector in our country.
