目的探讨阿魏酸钠对轻、中度慢性肾功能不全(CRF)患者肾小管功能的保护作用。方法60例慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者随机分为两组,对照组予降压、降尿蛋白、降肌酐及纠正水电解质紊乱等常规治疗,治疗组除常规治疗外再给予阿魏酸钠注射液400mg/d×14d静脉注射,比较两组患者治疗前、后尿视黄醇蛋白(RBP)、尿α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、尿β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、尿半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C(CysC)及肾功能的改变。结果两组肾功能均明显好转,两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组肾小管功能指标RBP、CysC、α1-MG、β2-MG均显著降低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论内皮素受体抑制剂阿魏酸钠可延缓CRF者肾小管功能的恶化。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of sodium ferulate on renal tubular function in patients with mild to moderate chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods Sixty patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional therapy of lowering blood pressure, reducing proteinuria, lowering creatinine and correcting electrolyte imbalance of water and electrolyte. The patients in the treatment group were given sodium ferulate Fluid 400mg / d × 14d intravenous injection, compared two groups of patients before and after treatment of urinary retinal protein (RBP), urinary α1-microglobulin (α1-MG), urinary β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) Urinary cystatin C (CysC) and renal function changes. Results The renal function of both groups improved obviously, with no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). RBP, CysC, α1-MG and β2-MG were significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion Endothelin receptor inhibitor sodium ferulate can delay the deterioration of renal tubular function in CRF.
