编辑同志:我今年初到一家火锅店工作,按照该店的工作制度,我每日工作6个小时,没有休息日,后来我觉得这种作息时间不太合理,于是去找老板,要求变更作息时间,每周给一天休息时间。老板听了我提出的要求后说:“按照国家对工作时间的规定,你们每日应当工作8个小时、每周应当工作44个小时,现在你每日只工作了6个小时、每周只工作了42个小时,已经占了大便宜了,还有什么可说的!”我对此说法也将信将疑,不知道自己要求每周一天的休息时间是否正当?老板制定的工作制合法吗?
