作为庆祝新中国成立60周年盛大庆典的重要组成部分,作为21世纪新中国第一场盛大阅兵仪式,2009年国庆首都大阅兵注定会成为一代人的深刻记忆。在新世纪新阶段举行的这场国庆60周年盛大阅兵,则充分体现了我军由数量规模型向质量效能型、由人力密集型向科技密集型转变的思想,体现了我军机械化信息化复合发展的趋势和一体化联合作战的方向,体现了我军履行新的历史使命,完成多样化军事任务的能力。从这个意义上说,这次盛大阅兵,向世人展示的是和平的中国力量与意志。
