去冬今春,我校结合大型现代戏《真与假》、《合家欢》的排练演出,集中对进修班的学员进行了戏曲现代戏性格化表演的教学。我校进修班学员学艺始于一九七○年,受过七年较为严格的训练。毕业后的近五年间,先后演出了一些现代戏和古典戏,去年参加西安市戏曲青年演员会演,受到好评,一些学员开始在舞台上显露头角。但是,用高标准要求,不难发现在表演上还需进一步提高。去冬,当学校决定集中排练现代戏时,学员们普遍感到非常吃力,具体表现有以下几种情况:
