绩效评估管理作为高校图书馆管理合理化、现代化与人力资源开发的重要手段,既可以有效地控制和检查图书馆的各项工作,又可以提高图书馆员的工作效率和工作热情。本文首先阐述了高校图书馆绩效评估管理的意义,其次,分析了高校图书馆绩效评估管理存在的问题,同时,就如何加强高校图书馆绩效评估管理进行了较为深入的探讨,具有一定的参考价值。
