胶带输送机是运输原煤的主要工具,在煤矿生产中起着重要作用,皮带的传统使用方法是采用人工调整,这种操作方法不仅劳动强度大、效率低、环境污染,还容易造成皮带损伤、减少使用寿命。针对这一问题,我研发了皮带防跑偏装置,该装置采用了上调芯托辊和两侧竖立的抗跑偏小托辊(¢75mmX200mm),对皮带的跑偏进行了有效的防范,在保证了皮带正常运转的前提下,增加了使用寿命,同时也保证了操作人员的安全。
