苹果采后,在变温(10~7℃)下贮藏6周,呼吸作用仍银旺盛.用变温,变CO_2条件下(TDCA)贮藏,可以对呼吸与后熟进行抑制,能代替经典的低温贮藏和现代气调(CA)贮藏. 本文以金冠苹果实验比较了0℃冷藏,CA与TDCA贮藏,并以温度为7℃的一般空气下呼吸速率为100%进行比较,三种不同的贮藏方式分别为42%,22%,19%.全冠苹果在空气中高于4~5℃的贮藏条件,呼吸速率就已有明显的高峰期出现,而在0℃冷藏,CA贮藏,TDCA贮藏中均未出现呼吸高峰.其呼吸速率曲线都具有相似平稳下降的趋势,TDCA的呼吸速率与CA相似且低于0℃冷藏.
