《求是学刊》于 2 0 0 2年第 3期在全国率先推出了“海外来稿”栏目 ,至今已刊发包括美国著名过程哲学家小约翰·科布、美国建设性后现代主义代表大卫·格里芬、美国生态纪学会主席赫尔曼·格林、美国夏威夷大学哲学教授、中国文化研究专家安乐哲、欧洲科学院前主席、德国哲学学会主席尤根·米特斯特拉斯、日本著名法学家、扎幌学院副校长铃木敬夫等在内的 1 8篇海外学者的学术研究文章。部分文章已被《新华文摘》等重要文摘刊物转载。该栏目的设置为《求是学刊》搭建了一个国际交流的平台 ,部分“海外来稿”的作者如赫尔曼·格林、费劳德等还到黑龙江大学进行学术演讲 ,为真正意义上的学术国际化做出了有益的尝试。 2 0 0 4年我刊将继续开设“海外来稿”栏目 ,在此基础上 ,将加大专题性研究 ,以“本期视点”形式特邀著名学者担任主持人主持专门话题 ,及时传递国外的最新学术研究动态和学科发展趋势 The Journal of Qiushi Journal took the lead in launching the column entitled “Overseas Contributions” in the third issue of 2002 in China.
