目的:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)建立紫红参的指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱:Aglient Zorbax SB-Aq(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相:乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱0~25 min 20%~60%A;25~40 min 60%~90%A;检测波长203 nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0 mL/min;进样体积:10μL。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,通过相似度分析软件确定了紫红参指纹图谱有12个共有峰。10批紫红参样品整体相似度较高,相似度为0.885~1.000。结论:实验中所建立的方法稳定、可靠,为紫红参的质量评价与控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish the fingerprint of purple ginseng by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods: Column: Aglient Zorbax SB-Aq (5μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm); mobile phase: acetonitrile-water (B) gradient elution from 0% to 25% min 60% ~ 90% A; detection wavelength 203 nm; column temperature: 35 ℃; flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; injection volume: 10 μL. Results: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, the similarity spectrum analysis software identified 12 common peaks of purple fingerprints fingerprints. The overall similarity of 10 samples of purple red ginseng is higher, with the similarity of 0.885-1.000. Conclusion: The method established in the experiment is stable and reliable, which provides the basis for the quality evaluation and control of purple ginseng.
