A university in the United States using quantitative fluorescent staining automatic screening system and automatic television microscope to detect cancer cells, get a higher accuracy. According to Professor S West at the world’s third meeting of cervical pathology, the accuracy of this structural analysis system (TAS) was 133 in sampling of 134 patients. A unique feature of TAS is the quantitative fluorescent staining with Acridine Orange (Ao), the absolute standard of fluorescence density, and abnormal cells seen in the field of view of the microscope caused the attention of cellular technologists operating the device. The green fluorescence density is emitted by nuclei associated with nucleic acid content stained with acridine orange. Normal cells have a density of nuclear fluorescence that never exceeds a fixed value, just as the absolute fluorescence standard. The unit’s TV camera scans the microscope quickly and again
