在推出这个个人专栏之前,作者和编者都做了相当多的准备工作。毕竟,就我们所知,一个并不出名的一线普通小学教师在国家级报刊上开设个人专栏,这是破天荒的第一次。其实,在编者看来,这个可贵的第一次,完全是作者厚积薄发的成果,是一种瓜熟蒂落的机缘——机遇只降临在有准备的人的头上,在成长网上,作者在《教师手记》分坛里的随笔集《缘缘琐忆》已经有数万字之多,作者的一些美文也已经散见于各报刊。这个专栏,是作者热爱教育、热爱孩子、热爱生命的结果,是作者牺牲了无数宝贵的睡眠时间勤奋思考、勤奋笔耕的结果。为专栏做准备,主要是两个方面的工作。除了对文章再做细致的修改外,另一项更重要的工作,是从作者的大量作品中理出一条较为明晰的主线——因为是专栏、文章之间应该有或隐或显的逻辑关系。大致拟出三条主线,一条是作者对于教育的思考;一条是作者关于学生的个案式的记录;一条是作者对于教育教学行为的记录。有没有必要只取其中一条主线,或者取几条主线然后在命题和编排上加以区别,让读者一目了然?经过反复斟酌,我们决定,不要因为形式约束了内容,就像作者写作时的无拘无束、自由驰骋一样,专栏完全可以按照一种随意的方式进行。如果说主线,在每篇文章的字里行间洋溢着的享受教育、享受孩子的情感和思想,不就是这个专栏最突出的主线吗? 那么,就让读者随着作者自由的笔,一起品味作者和中国教育、和孩子一起成长的苦涩和甘甜吧! 和作者一样工作在一线的普通教师们,和作者一样全心全意为孩子的普通家长们,也等着你们在杂志上开个人专栏。 Before launching this personal column, both the author and the editor made quite a bit of preparation.
