随着我国社会主义农业的迅速发展,单位面积产量不断提高,对磷肥的需要也日益增多。磷素化肥的生产虽然不断增长,但仍不能满足要求。因此,磷细菌肥料的生产和应用成了解决这个矛盾的有效途径之一。一般土壤中都含有大量的磷素成份,据测定,耕作层中每亩含磷量有上百斤,如果能充分利用,可以满足农作物的需要。但是这些磷素绝大部分不能被作物吸收和利用,被称为无效磷。就是施用的磷素化肥,由于土壤的固定作用,其利用率一般也不超过百分之二十。磷细菌通过其生命活动,可以使不能被作物吸收的磷素分解或溶解成为能被作物吸
