目的:探讨康复科患者健康教育工作应用互动模式的措施和效果。方法:选择从2015年5月~2016年4月在医院接受治疗的康复科患者120例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组采用传统模式,观察组采用互动模式。对两组患者的健康知识知晓率、护理满意度进行比较。结果:观察组患者的健康知识知晓率为83.33%,显著高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为98.33%,显著高于对照组的88.33%(P<0.05)。结论:患者健康教育中应用互动模式,可提高患者健康知识知晓情况,提高患者护理满意度,促进患者康复。
Objective: To explore the methods and effects of interactive mode of applying health education to patients in rehabilitation department. Methods: From May 2015 to April 2016, 120 patients with rehabilitation department admitted to the hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group used the traditional model, the observation group used the interactive model. The two groups of patients awareness of health knowledge, nursing satisfaction were compared. Results: The awareness rate of health knowledge in observation group was 83.33%, which was significantly higher than that in control group (66.67%, P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (88.33%, P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of interactive mode in patient health education can improve the patient’s awareness of health knowledge, improve patient satisfaction and promote patient rehabilitation.
