介绍了内燃机余热回收领域的最新研究进展,分析了通过组织动力循环如有机朗肯循环进行热功转化的技术。首先研究了内燃机可回收余热的分布状况,然后对循环工质选择和膨胀机选型这2 个最关键的技术环节进行深入讨论,介绍了工质选择的基准和最新的膨胀机研究进展。最后讨论目前代表性的几家研究机构提供的具有不同概念的系统设计。前期研究结果表明,通过余热回收的方式最高可以提高系统效率达 30%以上,是一种有效的节能减排技术。
The latest research progress in the field of internal combustion engine waste heat recovery was introduced. The technology of thermal power conversion through organic Rankine cycle was analyzed. Firstly, the distribution of waste heat recovered by the internal combustion engine was studied. Then the two most critical technical aspects of the choice of circulating working fluid and the selection of expander were discussed in depth. The selection of working fluid and the latest research progress of expander were introduced. Finally, we discuss system designs with different concepts provided by several representative research institutes. The results of the preliminary studies show that the system of waste heat recovery can increase the system efficiency up to 30% or more, which is an effective energy-saving and emission-reduction technology.
