腈纶厂是建于上海石化一期工程中的老厂,经过20多年建设发展,特别是近几年来,通过加大企业挖掘改造力度,深化劳动人事制度改革,实施责任成本管理,使企业生产有了较大的发展,1995年产量由原设计的4.7万吨提高到6.7万吨,完成内部利润3313万元.为公司下达的目标利润考核指标的144%,纤维耗三单之和为1057公斤/吨,综合能耗为1.9107吨标油/万元,较1994年节约标油5500吨。
