1993年4月13日——15日,由国家经济体制改革委员会生产体制司、财政部财税体制改革司、国家国有资产管理局企业司、中国证券业协会、中国企业评价协会、中国诚信证券评估有限公司等六家机构主办的“中国大型企业股份制改组与证券市场发展国际研讨会”于北京召开。国家有关主管部门的领导、国内著名经济学家、法律及会计专家、企业代表,以及来自美、英法、日、瑞士、荷兰、香港等国家与地区的30多家机构的代表,集中对中国大型企业进行股份制改组的政策问题、中国大型企业在国际证券市场上市问题、中国企业股份改组及向海外发行股票的法律与会计转换问题进行了深入的研讨和充分的交流。本刊为推动大型企业股份制改革的研究和大型企业股份制改组的健康发展,特在此刊登部分政府权威人士、经济学家、法律专家、国外代表对上述问题的个人看法与意见,以飨读者。

The leaders of relevant state departments, well-known domestic economists, legal and accounting experts, business representatives and representatives from more than 30 agencies from the United States, Britain, France, Japan, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and other countries and regions focus on China’s large The policy of joint-stock restructuring of enterprises, the listing of large-scale Chinese enterprises in the international securities market, the reorganization of shares of Chinese enterprises and the legal and accounting conversion of stocks issued overseas have been conducted in-depth discussion and full exchange. In order to promote the reform of large-scale joint-stock enterprises and the healthy development of joint-stock reorganization of large-sized enterprises, we hereby publish personal opinions and opinions of some government authorities, economists, legal experts and foreign representatives on the above issues.
