用GA和BA单独或混合处理剥去内外种皮的枳嫩种,并置于恒温箱中催茅。试验结果表明,GA或BA1000ppm单独处理有明显促进嫩种萌发的作用,与500和1500ppm相比是较佳的处理浓度;而GA+BA混合处理(各1000ppm)克服了GA单独处理根、茎纤弱细长和BA单独处理根茎短的缺点。幼苗根、茎长度和粗度以及种子萌发率都高于对照。
