前言日本通商产业省工业技术院把超塑材料及超塑技术的研究作为“支撑下一代产业的技术开发”课题之一,超塑技术在理论和实践上都有了比较成熟的经验。从1976年7月到1982年7月在日本公开的超塑技术专利共有110项(本文略)。这些专利可以归结为下述的几种方法。 (1) 利用高的变形性能用普通的锻压加工方法,需要好几道工序才能完成的复杂的薄板成形件和薄壁成形件,若利用超塑性可以一次成形。
Preface The Ministry of International Trade and Industry of Japan Industrial Technology Institute of superplastic materials and superplastic technology as a “support for the next generation of technology development,” one of the topics, superplastic technology in theory and practice have a more mature experience. From July 1976 to July 1982 in Japan, a total of 110 super-plastic technology patents (omitted). These patents can be attributed to the following several methods. (1) Utilizing high deformability With conventional forging processes, complicated sheet-formed parts and thin-walled parts requiring several processes can be formed once using superplasticity.
