线切割工艺的综合指标主要受机床及控制系统、高频脉冲电源和工作液的影响,其中工作液是影响工艺指标的重要因素。采用磁化水作为线切割工作介质可提高线切割速度、延长钼丝使用寿命,提高加工件的光洁度,降低加工的综合成本。就我国目前线切割加工工艺特点,是一项投资少,收获高,简单易行的方法。尽管磁化水对线切割作用机理还不够成熟,但经试验证明,使用磁化水可有效的提高线切割工艺的综合指标。
The comprehensive index of the wire cutting process is mainly affected by the machine tool and control system, high-frequency pulse power supply and working fluid. The working fluid is an important factor that influences the process index. The use of magnetized water as a working medium for wire cutting can improve wire cutting speed, extend the service life of molybdenum wire, improve the finish of machined parts and reduce the comprehensive cost of processing. On the current characteristics of China’s wire cutting process, is a less investment, high harvest, easy way. Although magnetized water is not yet mature enough for the mechanism of wire cutting, it has been proved through tests that the use of magnetized water can effectively improve the comprehensive index of the wire cutting process.
