目的用七叶胆总皂甙片治疗慢性肾衰的高脂血症。方法临床对照。结果七叶胆总皂甙片配合血透的疗效明显优于单纯透析的病人，并对ＴＣ、ＴＧ和ＨＤＬ－Ｃ做治疗前后的观察，治疗组ＴＣ、ＴＧ明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论七叶胆总皂甙片可延长透析间期
Objective To treat hyperlipidemia in chronic renal failure with aesculin. Methods Clinical control. Results The curative effect of total saponins and total hemorrhoids combined with hemodialysis was significantly better than that of dialysis patients only. Before and after the treatment of TC, TG and HDL-C, the TC and TG in the treatment group decreased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion Aescinum saponins can prolong the dialysis interval
