前言高强度螺栓常规的生产方法是用中碳钢或低合金中碳钢在退火状态下经冷拉、镦头和搓轧螺纹,然后进行淬火和回火以达到性能要求。其中热处理工序直接影响螺栓的质量考核指标。本文的目的是,就螺栓厂目前存在的热处理及有关质量问题,在调查研究的基础上,提出一些看法与建议,提供参考,以利于螺栓热处理的技术改造。
Preface High-strength bolts conventional production method is to use carbon steel or low-alloy steel in the annealed state by cold-drawing, heading and twisting threads, and then quenched and tempered in order to achieve performance requirements. Heat treatment process which directly affect the quality of the bolt assessment index. The purpose of this paper is to present some opinions and suggestions on the existing heat treatment and related quality problems of bolt factories based on the investigation and research and to provide references for the technical transformation of the bolt heat treatment.
