轻轻按下手机的“确认”键,一条充满了祝福味道的短消息轻而易举地发送到了你朋友手机上。也许你还没有意识到,这样由电信运营商、服务及内容提供商和最终用户构成了一条完整的短消息增值服务产业链正在快速的运转。 2002年,仅通过中国移动通信发出的短消息就达到了793亿条,在加上联通短消息收入,也就是说仅短消息增值业务产业链就带来了近百亿产值。 其实,短消息仅是电信增值服务市场冰出一角,随着话音服务增长陷入低增长阶段,电信增值业务却进行的如火如荼。包括呼叫中心、虚拟专用网(VPN)、客户关系管理(CRM)和互联网增值服务等在内都成为通信业各类企业新的猎物。
