目的探讨国产Excel雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架在不稳定型心绞痛患者介入治疗中的有效性和安全性。方法入选冠状动脉造影后需植入支架治疗的不稳定型心绞痛患者332例,采取家属自愿的原则,分别植入国产Excel(147例)、进口Cypher(185例)雷帕霉素支架。随访至少2年。结果 2组冠脉病变情况、支架植入长度及直径比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。2组心绞痛、非致死性心肌梗死、支架内血栓形成、支架内再狭窄及心源性死亡等差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论国产Excel支架相对价格低,疗效及安全性与进口Cypher支架相当,性价比高,适合临床广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of domestic-made Excel rapamycin-eluting stent in the interventional treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 332 patients with unstable angina who underwent coronary angiography after stenting were enrolled in this study. Domestic voluntary Excel (147 cases) and Cypher (185 cases) rapamycin were implanted. Follow up for at least 2 years. Results There were no significant differences in coronary lesions, stent length and diameter between the two groups (all P> 0.05). There were no significant differences in angina pectoris, non-fatal myocardial infarction, stent thrombosis, in-stent restenosis and cardiac death in both groups (all P> 0.05). Conclusion The relative price of domestic Excel stent is low, the efficacy and safety are comparable with imported Cypher stent, and the cost-effective is suitable for clinical application.
