目的 :探讨血管形成在乳腺肿瘤生物学特征判定中作用及其与 VEGF表达和 CDPI血流检出率之间的相关关系。方法 :对 10 3例乳腺肿块行 CDPI血流检测 ,术后切除标本均采用免疫组化方法检测 VEGF的表达。结果 :乳腺肿块 CDPI血流检测阳性率 83.5 % (86 / 10 3) ,其中乳腺癌占 76 .7% (6 6 / 86 ) ,良性肿块为 2 3.3% (2 0 / 86 ) ;乳腺癌组织 VEGF表达水平远远高于良性肿块 ,且 L N+组高于 L N-组 (P<0 .0 5 )。乳腺癌中 VEGF表达率与CDPI血流检出率趋于正相关变化。结论 :血管生成增多与乳腺肿瘤的生长、浸润和转移等生物学行为关系密切 ,检测 VEGF和 CDPI对判定肿瘤内血管形成水平有重要意义
Objective: To investigate the role of vascularization in the determination of breast tumor biological characteristics and its correlation with VEGF expression and CDPI blood flow detection rate. Methods : CDPI blood flow was measured in 103 breast masses. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of VEGF after resection. Results: The positive rate of CDPI blood flow detection in breast masses was 83.5 % (86 / 10 3), of which breast cancer accounted for 76.7% (6 6 / 86), benign mass was 2 3.3% (2 0 / 86); breast cancer tissue The expression level of VEGF was much higher than that of benign tumors, and the LN+ group was higher than the LN-group (P<0.05). The positive correlation between VEGF expression and CDPI blood flow detection rate in breast cancer. Conclusion: The increase of angiogenesis is closely related to the biological behaviors of breast tumor such as growth, invasion and metastasis. The detection of VEGF and CDPI is of great significance in determining the level of angiogenesis in tumors.
