(记者宁媛)从天津市水利局获悉,日前,《天津市节水型社会建设规划》(以下简称《规划》)已获国家水利部、天津市政府正式批准并开始实施。天津市政府在批复中称,该《规划》是指导天津市全面开展节水型社会建设的纲领性文件,对全市水资源可持续利用、建设节水型社会、保障经济社会可持续发展和促进滨海新区开发开放具有重要意义。
