基于膈肌肌电图(EMG)实现呼吸机人机同步的新方法,旨在解决困扰传统呼吸机的“人机对抗”问题。研究膈肌电信号的采集、处理方法,以及呼吸特征参数的提取方法,发现对膈肌肌电信号进行适当处理后生成的包络线可以取代传统的呼吸流量曲线,从中检测出呼吸过程的吸气点、呼气点和呼吸周期等特征参数。通过自行定义的“肌电功率”参数的计算分析,发现在重复呼吸试验下呼吸容积曲线和膈肌肌电功率曲线具有较高的相关性,初步论证了呼吸机人机同步新方法的可行性。
A New Approach to Human Machine Synchronization of Ventilator Based on Diaphragm Electromyography (EMG) is to solve the “man-machine confrontation” problem plaguing traditional ventilators. It is found that the envelope generated by the proper treatment of diaphragmatic EMG can replace the traditional respiratory flow curve and detect the breathing point of the breathing process , Exhalation point and breathing cycle and other characteristic parameters. Through the calculation and analysis of the self-defined “myoelectricity power” parameter, it was found that the respiratory volume curve and the muscle EMG curve had a high correlation in the respiration test, and the feasibility of the new method of human-machine synchronization of the ventilator was preliminarily demonstrated.
