目的:测定黄连植株及土壤中镉含量,研究黄连植株与土壤中镉含量、植株中镉分布及富集特性。方法:采集不同产地、不同类型、不同年生黄连植株及土壤样品,以原子吸收分光光度法测定镉含量。结果与结论:不同产地黄连中镉平均质量分数1.50 mg.kg-1,土壤中镉平均质量分数1.72 mg.kg-1,各产地中黄连及土壤中镉含量较高,不同产地间差异显著,变异较大,黄连中镉含量与相应土壤中镉含量之间无相关关系;不同类型黄连以细叶型黄连镉含量最高,大叶型黄连中含量最低;不同年生黄连以二年生中镉含量最高,四年生最低;不同部位植株,须根镉含量最高,叶中次之,根茎中最小。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of cadmium in Coptis chinensis and its soil, and to study the content of cadmium in plant and soil, the distribution and accumulation of cadmium in plants. Methods: Coptis chinensis from different habitats, different types and ages, and soil samples were collected for determination of cadmium by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The average cadmium content of Coptis chinensis in different areas was 1.50 mg.kg-1, the average content of cadmium in soil was 1.72 mg.kg-1, and the content of cadmium in Coptis chinensis and soil was higher in different areas, There was no significant correlation between cadmium content in Coptis chinensis and the corresponding soil Cd content. The content of cadmium in Coptis chinensis was the highest in different types of Coptis chinensis and the content in Coptis chinensis was the lowest. Four-year-old lowest; different parts of the plant, the highest root content of fibrous roots, followed by leaf, the smallest root.
