在发动机运行过程中,主要是由于机械损失总在变化,故必须进行汽化器怠速系统的定期调整,。这与发动机零件的磨合、磨损和更换情况,与机油老化所引起的粘度变化、其他系统首先是点火系统的状态和调整有关。此外,在发动机运行中,主要由于汽化器通道和量孔内表面出现树脂状沉积物或偶然转动了调整螺钉,汽化器零件本身参数可能发生变化。
During engine operation, the main reason is that the mechanical loss is always changing. Therefore, periodic adjustments of the evaporator idling system must be carried out. This is a result of running-in, wear-out and replacement of engine parts, changes in viscosity caused by aging of the oil, and other systems, above all, the condition and adjustment of the ignition system. In addition, during engine operation, the parameters of the carburetor part itself may change, primarily due to resinous deposits on the carburetor passages and inner surface of the bore or accidental rotation of the adjusting screw.
