新黄皮酰胺系黄皮属植物(clausena lansium(Lour)skeels),所含新的具有降酶保肝活性的酰胺类化合物。它在植物中的含量低于0.01%。为了得到较多量的新黄皮酰胺供药理研究,我们按杨明河等报道的方法将含量较高的黄皮酰胺氧化、转化得到了新黄皮酰胺酮(Ⅰ)的外消旋体。然后再以硼氢化钠还原得到了新黄皮酰胺(Ⅱ_a)及其差向异构体——异新黄皮酰胺(Ⅱ_b)的混合物。
The new clavulanic acid type clam (Clausena lansium) (Lour) skeels), containing a new enzyme with liver enzyme activity of reducing amide. Its content in plants is less than 0.01%.
