随着社会经济的日益发展,监督主体的多元化越来越明显,我国已初步建立起主要由党内监督、人大监督、法律监督、行政监督、民主监督、舆论监督和群众监督等要素构成的监督体系。但从现实中来看,多元化的监督主体在一定程度上构成了有效的社会制约,但是在另一方面使多元化的监督主体依然存在着一些问题。他们力量缺乏有力度的结合,监督合力较弱。工作中往往各自为战,尚未形成一个分工合理,协调互动的有机整体。从而降低了监督的效率,削弱了监督的整体效能。所以需要一系列的措施来解决这样的问题。
