目前,在矿山尾矿输送和尾矿填充作业中,喷水式柱塞泥浆泵因其性价比高、节能环保被广泛使用。喷水系统是柱塞泥浆泵输送尾矿浆的关键核心系统,其无故障工作时间的长短直接影响柱塞泥浆泵密封的使用寿命、泵组运行及维护成本。目前,喷水系统压差是通过手动调节阀门分流清洗泵流量来实现的,一部分水被分流,而且随着喷水环与柱塞间隙因磨损变大、喷水系统压差变小,须通过人工调节阀门增加进入喷水环的水量,以保持喷水系统的压差,操作不便。笔者设计一种新的恒压差喷水系统,不需要人工调节,清洗泵流量根据需要自动调节,使柱塞泥浆泵喷水系统始终保持恒定压差,使泥浆泵组运行达
