自1966—1967年Koch,Delworth,Burris等分别创立用乙炔还原作为固氮酶活性的测定方法以来,已为各国生物固氮研究者广为采用,此方法灵敏度高,简便易行,十多年来对生物固氮研究的深入发展,起了重要作用.但又由于它的灵敏度高,制样没有统一方法,加上所研究的固氮生物种类繁多,以及测定时易受许多因素的影响,因此,许多结果难以比较.国内近几年许多单位都采用此法进行研究,也感到有许多问题需要解决,为了更好地开展工作,结合文献就与乙炔还原测定方法有关的几个问题简述如下,以供参考,
