近年来,随着我国改革开放的逐步深入,民营经济获得了长足的发展,为我国市场经济的发展作出了重要贡献。而民营经济的发展也受到了多方面的阻碍,尤其是人才外流,更是摆在民营企业面前的最难解决的问题之一。如果说管理在理论上是门科学,在实践上是门艺术,那么对人才有效的管理是艺术中的艺术,民营企业必须更高效灵活地运用各种管理机制,确保吸引和保留优秀人才,使民营企业高速、稳健的向前发展。
