川芎嗪100 、200 mg/kg ig 7 天,可显著抑制小鼠二甲苯性耳肿胀和5HT 所致足肿胀,拮抗醋酸致毛细血管通透性增加,对去肾上腺小鼠巴豆油性耳肿胀仍有显著抑制作用,且不影响正常小鼠肾上腺的重量和VitC 含量
Ligustrazine 100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg ig for 7 days significantly inhibited xylene-induced ear swelling and 5-HT-induced foot swelling, and increased permeability of capillaries due to acetic acid inhibition, and oily ear swelling in adrenal gland mice. There is still significant inhibitory effect and does not affect the adrenal weight and VitC content of normal mice.
