In the past 20 years, perinatal medicine and perinatal care have become the focus of all countries and they are considered as one of the important indicators to measure the level of maternal and child health in a country. In recent years, it has become one of the topics of research on pediatrics and pediatrics in our country. Currently, there are three different international standards for the perinatal classification: ① from 28 weeks pregnant to 1 week after birth; ② from 28 weeks pregnant to 4 weeks after birth; ③ from 20 weeks pregnant to 4 weeks after birth. Perinatal children are babies born during this period that have reached the stage where they may survive but also die easily. Perinatal medicine is a discipline that studies the pathophysiology of growth and development of baby fetuses, maternal and child complications, fetal baby care, high-risk pregnancies, midwifery methods and neonatal care during this period. The purpose is to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality.
