资源利用越接近零浪费,未来就会有越多人能够享用与今夭同样多的资源财富。改革开放30年来,中国经济和社会发展取得了巨大成就,但资源和环境问题已经成为当前和未来经济社会发展的重要瓶颈,可持续发展正要求产品制造进入更高效益的时代。对此,中国政府高度重视,提出了以人为本,全面协调可持续的科学发展地,把节约资源作为基本国策,把发展循环经济、建设费源节约型,环境友好型社会作为“十一五”的重大战略任务。
The closer the resource utilization is to zero waste, the more people in the future will be able to enjoy the same amount of resource wealth as today. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, China has made tremendous achievements in economic and social development. However, the problems of resources and the environment have become important bottlenecks in the economic and social development both at present and in the future. Sustainable development is demanding an era of more efficient manufacturing. In response, the Chinese government attaches great importance to putting forward a people-oriented and comprehensively coordinated and sustainable scientific development. It takes resource conservation as the basic national policy and takes the development of recycling economy, building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society as the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” "A major strategic task.
