实现“以人为本”的素质教育,就要在课程目标、结构、内容、评价等方面体现创新精神,强调要以“关注每一个学生的个性发展”为其核心理念。那么如何利用有限的课堂时间,最大限度地发挥教学实效,让学生有更多的时间和机会积极参与到课堂中,提高学生的学习兴趣,调动学生的积极性,最大限度地满足学生学习的需要呢?在这样的背景条件下便产生了利用现代先进信息技术与小学英语学科进行整合,可以构建生生互动、师生互动、人机互动的英语互动教学体系,最大限度地扩大教学内容,打破时间和空间对教学的限制,优化英语课堂教学结构,提高英语教学效率。
