面对大多数中学语文学科授课教师单一地选择参照教参上的教学目标制定教案,直接照搬,使教案的编写形式化,落入本本主义的教学现状,本文着力于研究新课改背景下初中语文教学的反思和策略。事实上,从初中语文教学的源头:教案的设计上,授课教师照抄教参上的教学目标制定教案,已经违背了“以生为本”的原则。在教学的过程中,授课教师依仗丰富的教学经验,凭感觉上课,任凭他们口若悬河、精彩绝伦地讲解,教学的内容还是与现实脱钩,教学效果还是脱离了教学目标。教学的焦点不在于教学教师采用何种方式传道授业,而是教学的结果是学生到底积累了什么、学到了哪些、思考到什么深度、是否能够产生共鸣以及是否能够形成正确的世界观、人生观和价值观。而这个正好迎合新课程改革对初等教学提出的新三维:知识、情感、目标。基础教育的课程体系改革(以下简称“新课改”)顺应了教育发展的需要,突破了以往针对应试教育的结果过分重视学生“知识面”的锻炼和学习,从而忽视了语文教学是为了帮助学生更好的抒发情感、提高表达能力的目的,要求授课教师根据学生特点制定具体化的教学目标,创新教学课堂,让学生思维的源泉充分迸流,使学生能够全方位、个性化自主发展。
