引言现阶段在国内初高中阶段体育课实行的每周两节的上课频率。按每周四十节课计算,每周体育课所占课时比例为5%。学生在校学习期间的课业压力比较大,大部分学生放学生还要继续投入到学习中。这样算下来每周每生体育活动所占比例还会进一步缩减。那么如何让学生在学校有限的体育课学习当中,起到锻炼身体和掌握体育技能的目的呢?增强体育课的课堂实效性是现阶段初高中体育教学的重点。一、培养学生对体育课的兴趣
