当前体育教学中的一个突出问题是班级授课时人数偏多,学生体质差异悬殊。由此,对当今教改中提出的一系列新课题,如发展学生个性、培养学生体育能力与兴趣爱好、全面增强学生体质等,就目前的教学组织形式来看,是难以取得突破性进展的。为此,我们根据本校师资力量较为充足的有利条件,打破了传统的班级授课制,实行按年级分层次教学的组织形式,收到了一定的效果。我校是省重点中学,每年按当地中考文化分划线录取六个班新生。开始(1983年),我们根据高中学生心理、生理特点,实行了男、女生分班上课。由于两个班男生合在一起多达70余人,因此男生班由两名教师任教,女生班由一名教师任教。经过几年的实践,取得了一定成效。但由于学生进校时体育基础悬殊太
