我国实行改革开放政策以来,随着劳动法制建设的逐步加强,各类企业(包括小企业)劳动关系正逐步纳入法律调整的轨道,但是,因立法尚不完善,以及执法、守法和法律监督诸方面的问题,致使一些小企业实施劳动法规还存在许多困难,进一步思考和明确加强小企业劳动法制建设的基本原则和途径,对于促进我国小企业的健康发展,是很有裨益的.笔者认为,目前应注意从以下基本原则出发,逐步强化劳动法规在小企业的实施. (一)扩大法规适用范围的原则.我国建国后的相当长一段时间里,有些劳动法规适用范围较窄,主要是出于当时经济条件有限等客观原因.近十几年来,
